Img Size and Placement

  This is the page I am having trouble with. I have inputted a table to place the pictures on my page. They are not adhering to the image size I have put them at using this html code:

  Some of the images are much smaller even using the width and height descriptions. The table also seems to be placed slightly to the left. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
