    WHAT IS THIS NEW APP USED FOR WHY DO I NEED IT. GRINDER TWISTED ME HERE. AND I WANT TO KNOW WHY? IM NOT PAYING A RED CENT, JUST FOR INFO.

    The site I need help with is WordPress. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    I’m not sure I understood your question. I do not see any sites under your @taginnyc WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
