  Hi Jim,

  The importer on deskarati.wordpress.com appears to have stalled during the process. I’ve reset it for you so please refresh the page and trying running the import again. 15MB is the maximum supported file size — it would be worth double checking your .xml file isn’t any larger than that.

  Come back to me if you have any more trouble.

  Thanks Gemma.

  I imported a small file (3.5MB) successfully, but now trying to imprt another file (14.8MB) but it looks like it has stalled again.

  That import is still showing as processing. It can take up to 24 hours for a large file.

  If this does stall, I would suggest breaking that up into two smaller exports. 14.8 is pretty close to the 15mb limit.

  No problem, I’ve reset the importer for you. I recommend doing as @thesacredpath suggested and breaking the .xml file into multiple smaller files as they seem to be working.
