    I’ve reset the importer on your site, so you can try again.

    From what site did you get the export file, and which importer option are you using to import?

    Please note that if you are importing from another WordPress site, you need to first unpack the .zip folder and then import the .xml file inside. The WordPress importer does not work with .zip files.
