  Can’t import from WordPress

  Please provide more detailed information so we have at least something to work with here. Do you have an XML file from another WordPress.com or from a WordPress.org site? What is the size of the file please? Have you followed this guide? http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/#importing-content-from-another-platform-or-wordpress-blog If so then which step do you get stuck on? If you experience an error message then copy paste it here please.

  File size is 10,8 MB. File is from WordPress.org. Have followed the guide. The error message is: “Vi behandlar din importering nu och kommer att skicka ett mail till dig när det är allt klart. Om du inte hör något från oss inom 24 timmar, vänligen kontakta supporten, så ordnar vi allt.” Or in translation from swedish: “We are handling your import now and will send a mail to you when all is finished. If youe dont hear from ut within 24 hrs, please contact the support …” It’s about 2 weeks since I sent the import, and I still receive this message …

  Sorry for the trouble with your import. I just reset the importer on your blog for you. Can you please try importing your file again? If you run into problems with it, please let me know. :)
