Import blog from WordPress.com

I followed the instructions of how to important blogs from WordPress.com to WordPress.org. I saw the new links on my website but went back to delete them to fix something on the blog posts. Now I can’t seem to get those links back on my new page. When I try to import the opml file with Blogroll it says the links exist. Where do I find them?

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead – even if you’re importing from WordPress.com, if you’re importing TO a self-hosted site we cannot help you, as we have no control over that site.
