Import content via RSS feed

    How can I import content using an RSS feed please? I’m setting up a new blog with you because the offering from 123-reg IS NOT A BLOG by modern standards but all I have to use is the RSS feed. I want all my content from them to move to a WordPress.com blog and will use this platform in the future… But, I don’t see the import option window that includes RSS feeds in my dashboard. Can you help me move our content please?
