Import continuously processing

    I exported content from a WordPress.org site to import into my WordPress.com template and after many days, the import is still processing. Can this be reset? Also, is there a limit to how much content can be imported in a free WordPress.com template? If so how is it possible to determine the size of my existing content?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the trouble! The importer got stuck on your import, and I just reset it so you can try that import again. If it continues to give you trouble, please let me know.

    There isn’t any limit to how much you can import. The importer generally can’t handle files that are larger than 15 MB, but you’re welcome to import multiple files if you need. :)
