import emails

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    We have a list of 1000 emails that are legitimate, and trying to import these into WordPress for a blog. We are only able to find the ability to bring in 10 at a time, which is obviously not scalable. Is there a tool that will let us import from xls or csv? Thanks for your rapid response.

    Hi Neal,

    Are you trying to invite these people to be users on your blog? If you are, I’m sorry, but they would need to be added 10 at a time unfortunately. Please read over user roles here especially if you want 1,000 users on your blog:

    If you want these 1000 emails to just follow your site, I would highly recommend emailing them about your new site. You can add a Follow Blog widget in which they can add their own emails. This way you wouldn’t have to input anything – just send out one email.
