import file

    Months ago I imported a file, which happened instantly. The message said it might take 24 hours. Months later, I can;t rerun a new import because it is permanently stuck on it’s months old import still saying 24 hours. Could you reset it for me to run another import?

    Hi there,

    Is it still the old import that’s showing that? Are you sure everything imported the last time around?

    I’ve reset the importer for you, so you should be able to start a new import now.
