I’m afraid this is going to take a bit more information.
I am not seeing any WordPress.com sites or Jetpack connected sites attached to the user account you are posting from.
What are the URLs for the sites in question?

When you go to http://www.jillsjoyfulnoise.com you should see both the wordpress.com as well as an activatedd Jetpak.

Ah, there is the problem. As you can see, you were posting from a different user account when you started the thread. That user account does not own jillsjoyfulnoise.wordpress.com or have a jetpack connection to jillsjoyfulnoise.com.
Happily, the account you are now posting from does have both of those. I will get to work on that transfer.
