Import function have been running for 3 days

  I have tried to import my site but it has been running 3 days. Please help to fix this.
  Right now, import function still run and there is no any button I can press to cancel.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, which importer are you using? Is it for a WordPress file, or Blogger or… ?

  If you downloaded the file to your computer so that you could import it, how big is the file?

  Actually I was able to find it. The import had failed. Can you try the import from your sites dashboard here: https://mbaccountingsolution.wordpress.com/wp-admin/import.php ?

  Let us know how things go doing it this way. Generally, 24 hours is the max time it should take, so if it hasn’t completed in that time, contact us.

  Also, if you still have access to the other site, it is good to clear all spam and empty the trash for posts and pages to keep the import as clean as possible, and then try with that file.
