Import hanging after 24 hours, need reset

I started an import yesterday and this is the message still displaying:
Processing…
We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.
Details:

target knrsecretclub.wordpress.compartial import happened on 5/1. Tried importing full blog export, but not all transferred. Trying to complete the import by exporting a portion of the original blog has hung up.
Among the support forum posts, I’ve seen references to resetting an import and would like to have someone look into that for this situation.

I have the same problem … importing from a Wp Blog t oa new Wp Blog. Any suggestion? What is suppose me to do if even after 24 hours nothing happens?

Thank you for your reply. I have been looking around the forum and support but I was unable to understand where should I ask for the importing reset. Can you kindly tell me more?

The staff check the forums to help – they will see the flag and look at your blog – if it is stuck on “Importing” then they will reset it and leave a note here for you to try to import again – they might also ask questions about the file you are importing.
