Import questions from another quiz

Hi there, I’m writing to inform you that I am using quiz maker to upload my questions from another but I find this method a tedious. Is there a way to import questions from another quiz that way it would make things quicker.
Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff)/wp-admin/admin.php?page=quiz-maker.
