  Hi there,

  If you purchased a 3rd party theme ‘build for WordPress” you can upload and install that on your site here: https://wordpress.com/themes/neomvisa.wpcomstaging.com

  In the upper right, look for the button to upload your theme and the follow the steps on your screen.
