    Hi there,

    In order to use a third-party theme on WordPress.com, you need to upgrade to the Business plan as this is the only plan that allows the installation of themes and plugins.

    While our Business plan has the feature where you can upload a third-party theme, we also have many vetted and curated themes available at http://wordpress.com/themes that we provide support for.

    If you could let me know the name of the theme you are looking to use, I’d be happy to see if we have it available, or something similar!
