  hi…please help me..i try to import, but i get this message :

  Processing…

  We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.

  That would only appear if an import was already processing. Did you start the import earlier, and has it been 24 hours yet?

  No..i am not importing data before, that’s why i need help because i got that warning.

  It says to just wait and see if you hear from them within 24 hours.
