You are describing a site using the open source WordPress software, created and maintained by the community on WordPress.org. Support for that version of WordPress can be found on https://wordpress.org/support/, and the official documentation at https://codex.wordpress.org/
cPanel refers to a specific type of hosting control panel. Not all hosting providers use cPanel, but both that and FTP is something you access via your hosting provider. So if you bought a WordPress hosting plan at GoDaddy, you need to contact GoDaddy support for help accessing those tools.
Your site at http://lifesynergynetau.wordpress.com/ is hosted with us on WordPress.com, and is something completely different from the WordPress site you have with GoDaddy. On WordPress.com we do not provide FTP access, and sites here don’t use cPanel as we are a managed WordPress host that does all hosting-related configuration for you with no options that can be configured by site owners.
