Import wordpress site to new domain

  I want to import my wordpress site to my domain on ipage
  Blog url: http://firsthappychildren.wordpress.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want to export your content from WordPress.com, here are the instructions.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  As far as importing on the ipage end, I suggest asking in their support forums. If they are a web hosting service, you might be able to use the WordPress standalone software. The support site for the standalone program is http://wordpress.org/support and any questions you may have about the standalone program should be directed there.

  Once the import is successful, I also suggest making your WordPress.com address Private. Don’t delete it.
