import yahoo blog to here?

  Is there a way for me to transfer my yahoo blog to my new wordpress blog? Or will i have to copy and paste all my blogs in? Thanks, Barb

  If you do have an xml file then you can import your blog contents with ease into wordpress.com. If not a transfer can be done using rss feeds. Unfortunately Yahoo does not seem to have an exporter so you can make an xml file. Here’s what I found by typing “yahoo” into the forum searchbox here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=16991

  I just opened my wordpress blog today, because yahoo is going to be shutting down, and already i am really amazed, that i can ask questions, and there are people here to help, thanks so much guys. Uhmm, sorry, i’m not real computer literate, here is my yahoo blog addy, does anyone know how i can turn that into an rss, so i can transfer it? Thank you

  Well thanks guys, but i think i will just copy and paste my blog entries, think it will be easier.
