    Hi aclifein,

    Your account shows you disputed the renewal payment to WordPress.com and PayPal issued a chargeback against us (a tool for fraud prevention):

    Chargebacks and Disputes

    Creating a chargeback removes the upgrades on your account and locks the site until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback.

    We are happy to issue refunds but are no longer able to for this subscription because the payment has already been reversed by PayPal. The money may not appear on your statement yet but it has been withdrawn from us and rerouted to you.
