No it’s not possible. WordPress.com is a blogging platform and not an aggregation platform so there is no ability to autopost content. This prevents the creation of splogs and duplicate content blogs. You can use the Twitter widget but that’s it.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/twitter-widget/If you want a chatbox you can use the meebo widget found here > Appearance Themes Or you can use the others found in this post. > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/03/07/4-chatboxes-for-wordpress-com-blogs/

What would be the best way to accomplish the goal of creating a blog which included an “aggregation” of Usenet messages (.dbx or .nws) ?
Would a host have to create their own site running a PC with something like Windows Server 2008 ?
What would be a sample configuration, OS and applications, which could accomplish this goal ? -
I”m afraid those questions are off our radar. You would need to ask them at WordPress.org. We can only answer questions relating to WordPress.com, where such direct importation is not possible. All you could do is open them in a reader of some kind and copy/paste
