Import/Export from WP to WP

    Hello,

    I exported content from my other site (myfoodwill.com, WP) and tried importing it here (myfoodwillblog.wordpress.com), but this keeps appearing: ‘This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number
    Try another file or contact support.’ What am I doing wrong here? The .zip file is 25KB. Please let me know, thank you!

    Hi there,

    You cannot import a .zip file. You need to extract the .xml files inside that .zip folder, and import those.
