Importing

  I tried importing from another blog/site I created from the same account but it is stuck. There was hardly anything on the blog I am importing from so not sure why it would still say importing after about 10 hours. Just shows a circle spinning around and the import button is grayed out. A message says it should take around 15 minutes.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The message below says it is help for r3b3lprinc3ss.wordpress.com. This is not correct. It is importing from that blog to r3b3lprinc3ss.com (both under the same account)

  Hi @r3b3lprinc3ss, your import is already reset. Can you remove any unmoderated and spam comments, and then try making your export once more? If you still run into trouble, let us know.

  Hi @supernovia, on my r3b3lpr1nc3ss.com domain it still says importing so I cannot try and import again. I have removed comments and exported fro r3b3lpr1nc3ss.wordpress.com with no problem but now need to import the file.

  Don’t worry as I decided to delete the old blog site as it did not have too much and so I have started from scratch on the new one. Thank you anyway on your help with this matter.

  @r3b3lprinc3ss ah, you had mentioned a different site. I’ve cleared the import on that site for you. :) Let me know if you need more help.

  Do clear spam comments from your installation before exporting, though. That’ll help :)
