Importing blog content from other blog site?

  I am planning to import all the contents of my blog in blogspot.com and permanently use the WordPress. Is that possible?

  Importing from other blogging services or another WordPress.com blog is easy! This guide explains our import features.

  If you had a custom domain and want to keep using it, please note we are not accepting incoming domain “transfer” at the moment. However, you can map your domain to a WordPress.com blog.
