importing blog data

  I would transfer here my past posts from http://www.libertysoldier.splinder.com, i have my blog data in XML language. There’s a way to import those post (with or without comments) that i can use, instead of a hand made copy? Splinder XML format doesn’t match the standard import format on wordpress.
