Importing Blogs from Old Xanga Site

  Hi– I have a few years of blogs on my old Xanga site (Xanga.com) that I am trying to download as they are archived now, but the files seem to be corrupt. There is a greeting on my old Xanga saying I can import to any site powered by WordPress. Can someone walk me through how to do this? I can’t seem to figure this out.
