  Hello,
  I’m unable to import a .zip file of a theme I purchased off of envato market.
  The file is able to uploaded but when it comes to the end step of prcessing it says there was an issue.

  I’m using the WordPress site builder software.
  The website is still private but the address is KleanCoin.Wordpress.com
