Importing content from third party designers

  I created an account to have a website designed by logomatics. The site is complete and being hosted by Godaddy. Now, I can’t access any of the files associated with my two websites. For instance, I cant download a photo that I want to use again or I can’t amend the content for the site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Your website is not hosted on our servers, so we cannot help you with this. We are a hosting provider, like GoDaddy, and they host your site, not us.

  Please contact the company who built the site for you – they should have provided you with login credentials to the site’s admin area to enable you to update the site.
