Importing email subscribers

We were previously using the Email Subscribers plugin by Icegram (https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-subscribers/); however, in a security review of the plugin, we found numerous vulnerabilities and decided to remove it. Is there a way we can import our subscribers from that plugin (about 30 total) without requiring them to re-confirm their email addresses? The plugin was only added recently, so it would be silly to require them to re-confirm this quickly. We experimented with using the Jetpack_Subscriptions::subscribe method to subscribe them, but it sends confirmation emails, and we’d rather not annoy them with repeated confirmation emails.
