Importing evernote into my blog

    Hi
    I currently have the Photolia template, I have completed a handwritten document in 7Notes HD part of Evernote. I have saved it in two formats, a PDF and a DOC file. I have tried to copy the text direct to my blog but i cannot. Therefore i want to embed the file into my blog as part of a post or a page . Idea’s?
