Importing failure

  I use to have an old blog with wordpress.org and bluehost. I want to import some post only here, but my domain expire days ago and i dont have acces to the wordpress menu and tools. What can i do, because im downloading a post file XML from PHPmy admin i really dont know what can i do.

  The site I need help with is reflexionesparahoy.wordpress.com.
