  Need help on importing text, pics, vids, etc. from another website. I’m relatively new at this, but I want to learn. BTW, non technical language would help. Thanks in advance.

  Hi there, if you are referring to moving content from one WPcom website to another WPcom website, you can first export from the old site and then import it to the new site. Make sure to keep both sites online during this process so that your media comes over to the new site.

  Just noting that in order to import video to a WPcom website requires that your site be on at least the Premium upgrade plan. If your videos are only linked to or embedded from other video hosting sites, like YouTube, Vimeo and the like, you won’t need to upgrade. https://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/
