Importing from iWeb file

  Hi! I’m having trouble importing my blog file from iWeb (i have it saved on my desktop). Help please!

  More info: I’ve tried importing > WordPress, and selecting my rss.xml file. I get:

  Sorry, there has been an error.
  This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number
