Importing from MT

  Hi, I’m trying to import my MT exported file using a feature on wordpress.com but it seems the screen grays out and doesn’t say anything such as succeeded/failed. Thanks for your help to check where the problem is.

  Hi there,

  It looks like there may be a problem with the file from MT, and that’s causing problems with the import. Can you please email us the MT export file as an attachment? You can reply here to let me know after you send the email, and I’d be happy to take a look for you. :)

  No, I just want to know where the problem is on the file as I have many other exported files in the same format. I would ask the hosting provider who created the exported file to solve then.

  The file looks fine so we’re not exactly sure what the issue is. Feel free to send all files you want imported to us and we’ll import it for you into the right blog.
