Importing from wordpress to wordpress

  I have followed the process to import my wordpress site from my other account to the one I am wanting to import it to. It says to wait 24 hours. It is now about 4 days later but still no progress. I am not sure what I do from here. I am logged into the account I want to import to and when I click on import I get a message saying that wordpress are working on it

  Sorry about that! I just reset your site’s importer, so you can try that import again. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
