Importing WordPress Posts

    I initiated an import on my blog on Saturday, but the status of the process says it is not yet complete, and I need to contact support if this exceeds 24 hours (which it has). Could anyone please help me with how to proceed or by when can I expect the process to be completed?

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the importer on your site.

    From where are you importing, and how big is your export file? We have a limit of 15MB on imports on WordPress.com, so if your file is bigger than that you’ll need to either split it up into smaller pieces using an XML splitter app, or you should make a new export at the original site that only exports content for a few months at a time.
