impossible to pay my Premium

  Hello, I tried several times to pay my premium subscription by credit card without success. I also tried to do this using a second bank card. I contacted my bank, the problem does not come from them. Is it possible that the problem comes from your platform?   This must be very frustrating, but I don’t see any specific information about why the card is being rejected.

  Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. I’d recommend contacting your bank again to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions – we’ve seen that being an issue for other users in the past.
