Impossible to Saving changes

  Hi, I recently activated a theme and try to customize it. The problem is that the changes are not saved and the theme is stuck at ‘Saving changes…’. I tried again with another theme and it doesn’t seem like it’s the theme itself not working. Please help me, thanks.

  Hi there, can you let me know which customizations you were trying to save on your site?

  For some of the customization features (custom colors, fonts, and CSS) to be activated on your blog, you need the Custom Design upgrade. You can preview these features in the customizer. If you decide not to purchase the upgrade, you can click on “exit the preview” in those sections of the customizer to return to the regular customization options.

  If you exited the custom design preview and you are still having trouble saving your changes, please let me know which changes aren’t being saved and I’ll be able to take a closer look at it. Thanks!
