Impossible to upload theme

  Hello, I’m posting here cause I experienced an issue with my wordpress back office.

  When I try to upload a theme I buy, I have a error message saying (the link has expired’

  I checked and apparently it’s due to the limitation of upload of wordpress.

  Unfortunately, all the methods I tried failed (Update the functions.php, change the .htaccess or php.in).

  Thanks in advance to find a solution.

  We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t house your site on our managed WordPress.com hosting service. Your host (IONOS) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Because of this we don’t have access to your server files, or the ability to take a closer look at your site.
