  An account has been established using my information without my consent. I never set up an account here. Several of my accounts have been compromised and I cannot find a number to call for help. I do not want this service and need someone from WordPress to reach out before I take legal action. Can any one assist?

  To which account are you referring?

  The only information required to create an account on WordPress.com is a valid email address. Theoretically someone could use your email to create a username account with us, but they won’t be able to use it without verifying it first, and that would require that they have access to your actual email account as well.

  The wt2j8kbskw account that you used to create this forum thread was created three months ago via Apple login, so we don’t even have a personal email address for this account – accounts created via Apple login use a unique email address generated by Apple and we have no information on the actual Apple ID that owns that address. In other words, we have absolutely no personal information about you for this specific username account.

  But if you wish to delete this account you can do so from the account settings page:
