how do i speak to someone in support about my account which has an incorrect charge, it seems impossible to find a contact

Did you see the reply to you from staff about a similar question last month? (Click your name top right). Perhaps that charge relates to a different account/site? If you can log out of this account and into the correct one you would be able to request a refund but then only if the charge was made less than 30 days ago.

thank you! i dont have another account though, so trying to work out why i have been charged and cant work out who to speak to!!

Then to request staff to investigate further the procedure is to add modlook to the tag box on the right. I have done that now and hopefully in due course staff will respond.

I don’t see any upgrades in your account, and we don’t even have payment information on file for you, so the only way we could have charged you is if you have another WordPress.com site in a different account.
Do you have any other email addresses that might have been used for a WordPress.com account in the past, or do you own any other sites besides http://relaxitsglutenfree.wordpress.com/ ?
On your credit card statement it should show a product name, e.g. WordPress, or Jetpack, with a short code following it. Do you see that on your statement? Please just confirm yes or no, don’t post the code here.

Okay, it looks like the Premium Plan in that account was just cancelled. Was that you?
You also have a domain, laurawarwickphotography.com, in that account. Strictly speaking that domain is past the refund period, but as you never intended for it to renew I can still issue you a late refund.
I will please need you to reply here as the other username to confirm if you no longer want to use that domain. Once you confirm I can cancel the domain and issue a full refund.

Thank you for confirming. I’ve cancelled the domain and refunded the last renewal charge of £85. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.
