In free Retrospect block theme, what blocks do I use in ‘Add a post’

  I don’t understand the Add a post in this theme. Do i add an excerpt block or just add the content wanted.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I understand that my blog is on the Blog Home Template and that the post is coming from the Single Posts template but I can’t seem to get my blog to work when I view it
