In my group blog, why do all posts look like they've been written by me?
-
I have a group blog with one administrator (me) and eight editors. However, whenever one of the others posts something, it has my name in the by-line. Very confusing. Is there a way to change this?

Howdy,
You can assign an author on the post editor screen.
If you can’t find the Post Author module, make sure it’s enabled in your screen options.

Thanks — I watched the video and tried to find this author drop-down menu on any of the blog’s posts but it is not there, and weirdly, I don’t even have an “Author” option in my screen options ( I have “right now” “recent comments” “your stuff”, etc but no “author”), so that may be the problem?
Could this be because I imported my blog from Posterous originally? (Though I added all the authors after importing…)

Could you please send me a link to the blog you’re referring to?
http://listofjoys.wordpress.com/ only seems to have one author.

Howdy,
You can find the author module in the Screen Options that are displayed on your post editor screen. For example:

Yes, I do see this but where is the drop-down menu that would allow me to change which author it is? They all just say katefin but there is no apparent way to alter them…

From the Screen Options tab near the top-right, make sure that you have “Author” checked.
The drop-down menu will appear near the bottom of the post editor page.
