In my WordPress Site the tool bar including Dashboard do not appear.

  I would like to be able to open the main page of my site to make changes, but the main page including dashboard and toolbar do not appear. The only things appearing are WordPress.org, Documentation, Support, Feedback and a non functioning dashboard symbol.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Of what site are you speaking? I don’t see anything like what you describe on https://athome201.com/, which is a WordPress.com site. The admin area for that site can be found at https://wordpress.com/stats/athome201.com, or if you prefer WP-Admin, that can be found at https://athome201dotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  You won’t find any reference to WordPress.org anywhere on a WordPress.com site, as WordPress.com and WordPress.org are not the same thing. If you’re referring to a stand-alone WordPress site using the open source version of WordPress found on WordPress.org, and hosted at another provider, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ instead.
