Inability to log in to the barryboobis.wordpress.com site

  Yes, I need to log into the back of this site, barryboobis.wordpress.com, so we can check our sales dashboard..we have not been able to log into wordpress..our credentials are not working, and they are not sending the password reset link to (email visible only to moderators and staff), which is the e mail I have on file with wordpress??

  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The only sites I see on your @barryboobis WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

  • barryboobis.wordpress.com

  I see you are able to log in to your WordPress.com account, so you should be able to access the site you see here: https://wordpress.com/home/barryboobis.wordpress.com/

  Is the issue with a different site that you created under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
