Inactive WooCommerce Memberships & Inactive WooCommerce Subscriptions

My organization’s WooCommerce Memberships and WooCommerce Subscriptions’ show inactive within the ‘Extensions’ section of our WordPress backend. When I select ‘Purchase’ to reinstate the extensions, a separate login for WooCommerce is required. I no longer have the account information for the WooCommerce account that is tied to the organization’s WordPress site, how can I either (a) have this login information reset or (b) connect new extensions purchased through a new WooCommerce account?
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
