Inappropriate content mysteriously appears and reappears later when removed

It was brought to our attention that there were Viagra and Cialis ‘ads’ on our high school course website (the course is called Community Art), so we took them off and they keep reappearing. It’s a vicious cycle of inappropriateness! Help!
Site: http://www.glhscommunityart.com/.

It’s obvious your site got hacked. Unfortunately we can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org.

Hi there!
As your site uses the WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere, we are limited in our ability to help. We can primarily help directly when the site is hosted on WordPress.com.
There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.
If you continue to face the issues, please contact your hosting service provider to see if they’re able to help. I see that your site is hosted by GoDaddy so you can reach out to them for help. If they refer you to WordPress support, please post on the WordPress.org community support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
Regards
