  I was refunded £12 out of £27. Can anyone explaine?

  I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, I’m not seeing any history of subscriptions under the account you are contacting us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
