incorect billing

  Why is the billing of our annual membership different every year?

  After looking at the billing history. We were billed the annual fee twice in 2013. Yet not in 2014. Why the inconsistency?

  We also do not need domain registration for thecelestialstrings.wordpress.com, since we have it mapped to a unique url. Can this fee be removed?

  I’m not sure how the double charge happened in 2013. But each payment would have pushed your expiration out a year. That would have set your expiration date at 2015, which is why you didn’t get charged last year.

  Does that make sense?
